Steve has more than 25 years of experience as an independent financial planner. He enjoys having the opportunity to make a real difference in their clients’ lives and to help them achieve their wealth and lifestyle goals. Steve’s highly personalized approach in working with his clients ensures enduring relationships. He and his son, Mike work as a team, along with the support of Sam and Victoria to provide a wonderful experience for their clients.

Steve’s disciplined approach to building and protecting his client’s wealth, combined with values of integrity, honesty and compassion toward people have resulted in both a successful business and peace of mind for his clients.

Steve and Mike are both Certified Financial Planners (CFP) so you can be assured of competent and professional financial planning. The team work with individuals, families, widows, business owners and professionals to take care of their financial planning needs.

Steve’s expertise is regarding the retirement, estate and tax planning of pre-retirement and retirement. As well, he has an Elder Planning Counsellor (EPC) designation so he can fully understand the needs of his clients as they move through middle age and retirement. He is currently completing the Certified Kingdom Advisor designation to incorporate time tested Biblical financial truths into modern day comprehensive financial planning.
Steve also networks closely with a group of other professionals in the areas of Legal, Accounting, Lifestyle Planning, Real Estate and others to assist in the areas outside of his expertise.

Since 1994, Steve has taught finance seminars and courses at the University of Windsor and St. Clair College to over 1,000 families in Windsor and Essex County. He has also held seminars and workshops on Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, Tax Strategies and Portfolio Development with corporations such as Daimler Chrysler Canada, Bell Canada, Windsor Factory Supply, 401 Mack and Hiram Walker's.

Steve is happily married to Victoria (for 35 years) where they currently reside in Emeryville, Ontario (just outside of Windsor). Together they have four adult children, Krystal, Mike, Corey and Jordan and 3 grandchildren. He spends leisure time involved with his family, volunteering with an inner city church and leading volunteer teams from IPC to work on community development projects outside of Canada. He also enjoys music (he’s a bass player), hockey (goalie) and lots of walking and working out with Victoria.

Today, Steve’s team has more than 55 years of financial service experience.
